Fay Klomp is a Junior Payroll Administrator at Lighthouse Finance, where she has been contributing since May 2024. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Human Resources in the Netherlands. Following her graduation, she gained valuable experience working as an HR Assistant and Financial Controller for three years. Currently, Fay is pursuing a Master’s degree in International Relations in Lisbon while finalizing her Payroll Administration certification from the Dutch Association. Over the past four years, she has been based in Portugal, embracing the professional opportunities available.
