Tammy has been a part of the team for over 5 years focussing on HR operational support services, career development for our team, team dynamics and workplace well-being. Her approach is practical and centres on using self-awareness to achieve goals. Tammy is a certified coach practitioner: SACAP CPP (ICF Coach Education; COMENSA Silver TPP), a Harrison Career Coach & Assessment Debrief Partner, and currently studying Neurodiversity Coaching. With over 9 years in HR & Operations and 5 years in health and fitness she has formed part of the leadership of executive teams as well as being an active shareholder and director of various companies over her career. In her spare time you will find Tammy rock-hopping solo in nature, downhill mountain biking with her hubby, or spinning her two young boys around outside.
